How was it dealing with city hall when you added one more apartment to this property? I know in our town it would be major. So this is a 4 unit now?

Hey Matt, sorry for the delay in replying, yes it was a BIG deal here too! Had to have plans designed and stamped by an engineer then all was reviewed, even manuals on the furnaces I was using. Took almost 1 year until I could finally build, because the City ended up losing ALL of my documents about half way through… SUCH a pain, but was worth it!
