		<description>Hi Brian! I will be posting Part 2 of this video on Friday, but this is another great question! Currently there is 1 boiler that heats radiators in the entire massive apartment.  What will be happening shortly is my heating guy will be &#039;capping off&#039; the Radiator to the new second apartment, and we&#039;ll be adding a second boiler to heat those radiators to keep the utilities seperated.
