<p>In this episode of Landlording TV, we go back to Cohoes, NY to view the first of two completed apartments, which was rented before completion! We cut a lot of construction costs by changing the layout.  We moved the bathroom door and kitchen instead of changing the bathroom layout to make room for a larger living room where the kitchen is now.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s always neat to see the Before and After of a Project!</p>
